BRL is searching for funding to launch a community-based Rap Therapy program in Oakland to increase access for Transitional Age Youth. A group of BRL staff spent the spring developing a strategic plan to launch the new program in 2014. Here is a music video they made which was inspired by TED talk given by Dr. Jeff Duncan-Andrade, Ph.D, a professor at San Francisco State University and educator in Oakland public schools.
