We are very excited to announce that we have been chosen by the State Farm Youth Advisory Board as a grant recipient! This was an incredibly competitive process, with less than 10% of applicants receiving funding. Since the beginning of the year, we have been working hard on fund development with limited capacity so this is a major victory for us as an emerging organization who is trying to build capacity. The $45,700 State Farm funds will be used to support our Rap Therapy program and the creation of an Educator’s Toolkit developed by youth to assist educator’s in working with “at-risk/at-promise” youth populations. We thank State Farm YAB for this opportunity to further our mission and goals!
