BRL-SF Album Release Party

On January 17th, 2012 a community of young and old gathered at the Brava Theater located in San Francisco to celebrate the second album of BRL’s San Francisco-based Rap Therapy Program offered through the Seneca-Connections SF program. The showcase included youth performances, a slide show presentation, merchandise table, awards ceremony and even an opening performance by youth in BRL’s Oakland High Rap Therapy program. The showcase marks the second in less than a year and brought together a diverse crowd eager to hear tracks off the latest BRL Album. The showcase also included a premier of the BRL-SF’s first music video, “We Are the 99%”, which can be viewed below. Many thanks to all those that came out to support, our friends at Seneca Center, countless volunteers and the wonderful staff of the Brava Theater.
